How we work

From first enquiry to long-term service, in six steps, with one point of contact for your project.

The six steps

What happens, and when

  1. 01

    Identify

You tell us the requirement, the water problem or the equipment you need. We ask the questions that matter.

  2. 02

    Assess and design

We size equipment, write the specification and, where needed, visit the site first.

  3. 03

    Quote and secure

You receive scope, price and terms. Work starts when you approve.

  4. 04

    Source and deliver

We procure, install and commission as agreed.

  5. 05

    Maintain

We support the warranty, plan maintenance and supply spares.

  6. 06

    Optimise and expand

We suggest upgrades and efficiency improvements, and plan replacements ahead of failure.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who will I deal with?

We aim to give you one point of contact for your project, so you do not have to chase several suppliers.

Do I have to start with an assessment?

No. If you know what you need we will quote straight away. An assessment helps when you have a problem and do not yet know the answer.

What about payment?

Scope, price and payment terms are agreed in the quotation before work starts.
