Water-system assessment

A site visit to understand your water system before anything is specified. Tell us the problem and we will tell you what we find.

Why assess first

The right answer starts with measurements

Low pressure, a failing pump or a high power bill can have several causes. Replacing the pump is sometimes the answer and sometimes the wrong one. An assessment tells you which, before you spend.

We confirm what the visit covers, and whether any charge applies, before we come.

What we look at

Source to point of use

  • The source: borehole, dam, mains or tank
  • The pump or pumps: condition, size and duty
  • Motors, starters and controls
  • Pipework, valves and storage
  • Pressure and flow where it matters
  • Power use and running pattern

Book a water-system assessment

Tell us where the site is and what is happening. We will come back to arrange a date.

An assessment does not commit you to a project.

  • One visit, one clear recommendation
  • Useful whether you buy from us or not
For example: low pressure, a pump that keeps failing, high power bills, a new borehole or a planned extension.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does a visit take?

It depends on the size of the site. We agree timing with you when booking.

Do I have to buy anything afterwards?

No. An assessment does not commit you to a project.

What should I have ready?

Access to the pump or pump room, any nameplate details, recent electricity bills if the concern is running cost, and someone who knows how the system is used.
